An inspirational event to help start-ups, sole traders, entreprenueurs and SMEs navigate their way through the ever-changing world of sales and marketing will take place on 14 November this year.
At the one day conference in Hoddesdon, local business owners will get the chance to learn new and effective sales and marketing techniques from thought-leaders and entrepreneurs at Ambition Broxbourne 2016.
The event already has an impressive list of confirmed speakers and include: BBC Radio 2 presenter, author and brand ambassador Janey Lee Grace; young people’s motivational speaker David McQueen; Jack Ismail, Director of Retail Marketing at Specsavers; and Andy Lopata, networker, author and international speaker.
Following the hugely successful Ambition Broxbourne conference in 2015, the first of it’s kind in Hertfordshire, Broxbourne Council’s Director of Community and Economic Development Greg McDonald said: “The event captured the spirit of Ambition Broxbourne in terms of inspiring those looking to start new businesses and those existing businesses seeking to grow.”
All the profits from the event will go to two local charities, Teens Unite and Isabel Hospice. Debbie Pezzani, CEO of Teens Unite is delighted to be involved. “It is incredible to be supported by Ambition 2016 for the second year running. The funds from ticket sales will enable Teens Unite to deliver a range of exciting activities for teenagers and young adults fighting cancer to meet others their age in a similar situation to themselves, rebuild their confidence and self-esteem and make new friendships. We couldn’t be prouder to be associated with this event.”
As soon as new speakers are confirmed, they will be announced on Twitter at @AmbitionBrox16. Tickets cost only £95 and are available on eventbrite.com (search for Ambition 2016)
