Jack Ismail

Jack Ismail is the Director of Retail Operations at Specsavers, and sits on the Operating Board for the UK and ROI and he has been part of the Specsavers leadership team for the last 6 years.

Before this role he held a broad range of positions in blue chip organisations including Marks & Spencer, B&Q, Home Retail Group and Whitbread. He’s even been a franchisee himself, having run two Domino’s franchises in the Midlands.

A life-long retailer and leader of people, Jack believes passionately in the power of engaging others – both customers and colleagues – in order to achieve success.
