Marianne Abib-Pech

After a successful corporate career that led her to become the Global CFO of Shell Aviation in her mid-thirties, Marianne decided to dedicate her know-how, expertise and international networks to the greater good.

In 2014, she started her own investing firm to initiate and support ambitious deep-tech ventures actively contributing to UN sustainable development goals. A very hands-on investor, Marianne currently looks after a portfolio of over 10 European start-ups. During the pandemic, she acted as a growth catalyst raising over 15M € for a high potential food tech start-up and what is considered as a potential unicorn in the fast-emerging new space sector.

Recognized for unlocking ideas and acting as a powerful bridge between entrepreneurship and the investment world, Marianne believes it is time to re-define the role of venture capital and private equity….and re-invent investment!

Marianne is a venture partner for a Europe-based Life Sciences fund and advisor for the first Israeli space-focused incubator.
